Daily updated product data

Suppliers of goods have daily updated data available in a data quality defined by customers. These are made available to third party systems via a public API. As a result, recipe and menu calculation systems, warehouse management software and other systems can be supplied with highly up-to-date data maintained by the supplier.

Innovative ordering interface, linked to SAP or other systems

Integrations are possible by using the HOGASHOP platform. Highly complex systems can therefore be linked to an innovative ordering interface on a central platform via only one channel. The introduction of ERP systems often only covers one part of the digitalisation process. Each connection to a trading partner means a separate integration with a separate IT project. With HOGASHOP, complex environments can be linked via a single channel. This enables the digitalisation of the ordering process from the order to the e-invoice with small, medium and large partners.

From order to invoice

The possibilities of digitalisation are not yet exhausted with digital ordering. The transfer of the digital delivery note from the HOGASHOP platform prevents the manual typing of printed delivery notes. Since variations in quantities are commonplace in the freshness of goods, the transfer of the digital delivery note can greatly simplify the acceptance of goods and the process of releasing invoices.
