Do my suppliers have to be on HOGASHOP?

No, your suppliers do not (yet) have to be on HOGASHOP. You can invite them at any time to benefit together from the advantages of a digital ordering platform.

You can use our interactive map to check whether your suppliers are already on HOGASHOP. If you cannot find your supplier, please contact us without obligation. There are many ways to integrate your supplier into HOGASHOP.

What kind of support does HOGASHOP offer?

A free support hotline is available for technical questions in four languages. Outside of business hours, we offer assistance on our YouTube channel and in help mode directly in HOGASHOP. We also support you in training your employees on site or via webinar.

Do I have to pay anything if my supplier invites me to use HOGASHOP?

No, the use of HOGASHOP is free of charge for customers. You can use the platform to place orders with your suppliers without incurring any additional costs.
